Why do I encounter various availability listings on your site?

Titles have different availabilities simply due to their demand, proximity, and availability to We also source our products from various distributors. The availability of products we obtain from distributors may vary according to whether the distributor has the product in stock or not.

If a title is listed as out of stock or unavailable, it means that it is not currently available to or not in stock through our distribution channels. However, you may still be able to sell out of stock items through our Marketplace feature.

Why am I unable to purchase items at my home address?

Your location is automatically selected based on your device location settings if you are unable to purchase or view store items it means that delivery is not available at that location.

How can I see the store or products unavailable in my location? 

You can manually adjust your location in the website or app locate me bar situated at the top of the screen.

How can I pay for my order if I do not have a credit card? 

You can pay via Linx card on delivery.

Do you accept cash on Delivery?

No, only credit card or Linx card payments are accepted on Delivery. 

How long does it take for my item to arrive?

The minimum delivery time for delivery is 24 hours after the order has been placed, however, orders can take up to five (5) days to reach your location.

How do I know the date and time of my delivery?

Once your order has been processed for delivery you will receive a notification with the date and time. The driver will also call you on the day of delivery to confirm your availability.

Will my packages be left at my location if I am not available to receive them? 

Packages will only be delivered after you or a designated person has signed for collection.

How do I track the delivery?

You can track your order via the App or Website and view real-time updates.

How can I communicate with the driver? 

Within the tracking platform, you can send messages to the driver.
